SORRY, DAILY SALE IS OVER NOW: Ok....so here's a funny. Today a customer called me in a panic. "Where's my product?" he panted. "Ok, sir...let me check on that....yes, I see you ordered an Eco Heat 1500 Advanced technology heater", I stated. "Yeah, well we're FREEZING down here, when will we get it?" he hollered. "Sir, it is due for shipment today, as I see you ordered it just yesterday. You should receive a tracking number very shortly", I said. "Oh...ok. Great...cuz we're cold as HELL!" his voice softening as he realized his needs were being attended to by a real live person.I paused for a moment and saw that his address was in southern Florida. "Could I ask how cold it is down there right now?" After all...we're talking the FLA sunshine state here...land where the elderly flock for island temps. "It hit 20 last week and hasn't gone up yet....darned climate changes," he huffed.I assured the man he'd love his new EcoHeat and that it was on the way. "Wow...great! I thought I'd get an automated line when I called in. Thanks for answering the phone!" he muttered and the warm tone in his voice said it all.
