There was a time long ago, before human souls became near completely mind fogged from technological interference, when they actually shared and traded with one another in real ‘face to face’ time. We at Elite Home Style liked that old style idea though we are an e-commerce store. Because in the end, past all the chaos, spin and crazy rush of the internet-media world, we realized that people just want to be treated kindly and with respect, period. And when that happens, the gratitude returned is 100%. Everyone walks away happy and a little bit brighter. We’ve certainly felt that gratitude again and again and actually, the small accolades we receive from time to time help make our job much more fun. And that rolls on to other people who call in. So after a few years of using a light hearted, courteous and ‘reachable’ customer service approach, we’ve realized that’s the ONLY way for us to go. We’re in constant voice touch with our manufacturers. And we go overboard for our customers because quite frankly, we get a lot of good tips, and great humor from those who call in. So thank you past customers for the laughter and returned appreciation! And may all of you who visit us have a fantastic 2011!

As a former CSR myself, I know how it helps to have the occasional "pats on the back" to compensate for the many other times that customers feel disgruntled, even if it is not your fault about a situation.

Just wanted to thank you once again for really going all-out to find them. You could have just said that cherry was gone forever...(like they did at ST)..but you went the extra mile and found a couple of stragglers.
Plus, you're extremely pleasant to speak to......so thanks all around. You're the best. I'd tell your boss....but you may just BE  her for all I know..... ;-)

PS - If it results in a huge raise.....I get 2% !
